SOCIAL DIMENSION of higher education is a concept which was introduced by the Bologna Process. It aims to remove inequalities that limit access/participation/completion in higher education under the European Area of Higher Education. The ultimate goal of the Social Dimension is to ensure that the student body entering, participating in and completing higher education at all levels should reflect the diversity of the populations.
